Common Inquiries
I know that letting someone else take care of your pet can be difficult. To make the process a little easier, I’ve put together some of the questions I’m frequently asked. If there’s something I’ve missed, just reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 8am to 4pm! If there's ever a time our hours don't work for you please feel free to reach out and we will try to accommodate you as best we can!
What do your packages include?
Both the bath and haircut packages include a soothing oatmeal bath, followed by a full blow dry by hand (we don't use kennel dryers), brush out, nails clipped and filed and ear cleaning. Our Haircut package includes whatever haircut you would like along with the above services! A la carte services can be nail trimming, ear cleaning or face trimming booked as a standalone appointment, these appointments are approx. 15 minutes and do not include a bath or full haircut.
How many dogs will you be working on at once?
Our goal is one-on-one time with each dog so we will focus only on one dog at a time until it is complete. Because we try and make sure each dog gets their own spa time, we do ask that you come back to pick up your dog promptly once you are contacted that he/she is complete!
What are your prices?
Pricing varies by breed, weight and coat condition, therefore each price that is given before a service is only a quote. Prices are subject to change based on groomers discretion. Cash and credit/debit are accepted. We do not accept personal checks.
